Hotel Icon is in Central Seoul, just 35 minutes from Gimpo International Airport. This highly recommended hotel is not only extremely accommodating, but is also in a great location, close to many must-see attractions around the city! Right near various temples and the famous shopping street, guests can step out and walk by foot to many hot spots. Hotel Icon is more affordable than many other hotels in the area, but equally as nice.

4. Lotte City Hotel

Other Locations to Consider

Many of the places listed above are in Myeongdong, which is a very popular place to stay especially if you like shopping and eating. I would also recommend Hongdae area for young travelers who want to go out and party and Itaewon for foreigners looking to be around expats.

Just as a tip, if you are staying in Seoul, you should consider getting some mosquito repellent. I had a lot of trouble with those pesky insects while I was there.
